Materials Required


Binder, Pens & Pencils, Calculator, Pencil Crayons, Duotang, Text Book (Science 10) - Students are responsible for ensuring that textbooks are returned when requested and in good condition.


Grading Scheme


Evaluation will include: Class Mark = 70% Final Exam = 30%

Assignments, Activities, Tests, Homework, Major Projects, and the Final Exam.


Course Expectations


This is a grade 10 course and a high level of academic achievement is expected to obtain top marks. Completion of projects, participation in discussions, focus, consistent time on task, and other work is required. Presentation of work is a high priority when striving to obtain high grades.

(Attendance and truancy policies apply to all classes. This course is based mainly on practical exercises and as a result absenteeism may be reflected in a student’s grade.)
